The WTFT is the state-of-the-art cutting torch for steel mill cut-off and secondary cutting operations. The torch body is stainless steel for longer life. The solid bras head and large volume water cooled body allows for cooler operation and gvies increased torch life in limited water loss environment. The supply tubes support ring lessens fitting or tube damage due to torch change over or accidental impacts. The factory remanufacturing program is available for these types of torches.

Weld Tip can supply the WTFT torch in any required length and can design and supply specialty torch configurations upon request.

WTFN NOZZLE (REPLACEMENT FOR Gega® SDS SERIES)

The WTFN is a heavy duty cutting nozzle for all machine or specialty cut-off applications. It is designed for a wide range of thicknesses, up to 30" and operates with most available fuel and oxygen.

WTFNL NOZZLE (IMPROVED WELD TIP DESIGN TO REPLACE Gega® SDS SERIES)

The WTFNL is the latest nozzle designed to perform at the higher end speed range, while at the low end pressure range yielding a narrower kerf, thereby increasing efficiency.

The nozzle pre-mixing/post-mixing design and use of a well-defined diverged cutting oxygen stinger allows for faster starts, narrower kerfs, lower consumption and a longer stand-off. The factory remanufacturing program is available for these nozzles.

Cutting speeds, kerf thickness and widths are based on 8 inch (200 mm) thickness - mild carbon steel material. Pressures are recommended optimum conditions, it may be necessary to make adjustments based on material. The WTFNL's are designed to perform at the higher end speed range, while at the low end pressure range, yielding a narrower kerf, thereby increase efficiency.
