Weld Tip offers a torch exchange program to our steel mill water cooled
cut-off torch customers. After the initial purchase of a new Weld Tip steel
mill water cooled cut-off torch, we will offer unlimited exchanges for
the used or damaged torch. The cost for this exchange is 75% of the new
torch price. Upon return of the used or damaged Weld Tip torch, we will
supply a re-manufactured torch with a new torch guarantee from our stock.
This program allows the user to pay the new torch price only once and
be assured of reliable supply of new re-manufactured torches at a significant
savings. There is no limit to the number of times a torch can be exchanged.
This program only applies to Weld Tip original equipment and pricing
is based on the standard list price.
For other brand name torches we offer a repair program based on a time
and material cost. Weld Tip will repair a torch deemed repairable with
the maximum cost not to exceed 75% of a new torch price.
